IOSS provide have for a number of years supported their clients with initiating Business Transformation programmes typically relating to major complex changes that really impact how a business works and will work for the coming years after the completion of the initiative.
To achieve this with our customers we offer services in relation to providing Programme management and Project management support.
Our engagement model has been both direct and as a subcontractor and as such we are flexible in our working approach.
Programme Management
Some of our engagements in the past have had us working with both our customers and some teams augmenting our customers as they deliver to their end clients. Our experiences have seen us sporting complex multi-year programmes, recovering programmes with multiple 3rd party stakeholders pulling together to deliver new cloud infrastructure consisting of both SDN/NFV, private and public clouds. Our expertise not only includes programme delivery and implementation but also programme recovery for large and complex environments.
