IOSS provides consultancy in relation to implementing solutions for our customers.
Our staff have been doing this for over 20 years and have designed and implemented solutions across a number of industry verticals which included Trading Banks, telcos, Service Providers and Airlines.
Each engagement provides our business with a unique range of exposures across some very dynamic and demanding environments which has been on building our foundation of experience which only serves us, when recommending a solution to meet a customer’s needs.

When we recommend a solution and are engaged in an assignment, it is based upon an analysis of the customer’s objectives, understanding the products and the business drivers. Essentially we look at the big picture which includes the business, people, processes, and technology.
Our strategy is to assist our customers with OSS strategies based on sound experience and quality information. These recommendations are based upon things that we know that work and work well which other customers have also adopted.
We are not afraid to challenge the notion of costs versus quality because if you want to build a steel ship for a long voyage it is of no use building it out of wire mesh, because you will always be bailing yourself out of trouble. Hence our approach is to be pragmatic, understand our client's approach to risk management and identify the best solution possible.
