A banking environment requires a high level of investment to ensure banking transactions, settlements and back-office activities run smoothly.

IOSS has assisted a number of service providers with the implementation of their OSS strategies, solutions and tools to monitor and manage internal and end-customer network infrastructures.

Our knowledge and experience have been used to assist our customers to implement a number of core functional capabilities consisting of, Network and IT Service Management, Fault Management, and Performance Management based around a siloed Cost off the Shelf "COTS" based model from vendors such as  HP, CA, IBM and InfoVista for example.

Our strategic recommendation now is to now offer the same core functionality which is now based upon a more fully integrated and streamlined 3rd generation solution, with the emphasis on reducing the overheads of running multiple applications and platforms and benefit from reducing complexity and increasing operational efficiencies.
